A majority of Egyptians believe that laws in their country should observe the teachings of Islam's holy book, the Qur'an

A poll shows that 50% of Egyptians think it is "very important" for Islamic parties to be part of a future government and that as much 37% have a "very favorable" view of the Muslim Brotherhood, the country's largest and best organized Islamic group. Another 62% of Egyptians believe that laws in their country should strictly follow the teachings of the Qur'an.
