Black football player has been taken into custody for not reporting an October 2010 arrest

Ex-Dallas Cowboy Eugene Lockhart Jr. was currently free while awaiting trail on a $20 million mortgage fraud scam. He was detained in July 2010 for failing a court-ordered drug test, later released and ordered to report any further arrests. A woman testified that Lockhart told her to lie to the FBI about a public intoxication arrest in October 2010 and say that she did not know him. Lockhart did not tell federal authorities about the arrest. In court, Lockhart was taken into custody and will be held until his trial on mortgage fraud charges begins.
